Cancellations and Refunds
At The Tix Shop, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate such situations, we offer the following cancellation and
refund options for our customers:
- Standard Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their tickets and receive a full refund up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled event.
Cancellations must be made through your account on our platform or by contacting our customer support team directly. - Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

- Event Insurance
- For additional peace of mind, customers have the option to purchase event insurance at the time of ticket booking.
This insurance is provided by a third party and allows for a full refund for any reason, up to the start time of the event. - Event insurance must be selected and purchased during the initial ticket booking process.

How to Cancel Your Ticket
To cancel your ticket, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to the “My Tickets” section.
- Select the ticket you wish to cancel and follow the prompts for cancellation.
- If you encounter any issues or require assistance, please contact our customer support team at bandzshows@gmail.com.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days following the cancellation request.
- Please note that any service charges or booking fees applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation
- In the rare event that a concert is canceled by the organizers, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund, including any
service charges. - Notification of such cancellations will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
